The tool is used with either foam or liquid aerosol products with a 1/4″ OD dispensing nozzle. The aerosol throttle body ‘S’ tool is positioned inside the fresh air boot to perform an induction or turbo cleaning service.

Additional information

  • Attach the tool to aerosol can by pushing the 1/4″ push-to-connect union onto the dispensor valve tip.
  • To remove after the service, pull back on the latch collar and slid off.
  • Can be used to dispense any foam or liquid cleaners
  • The tool firmly secured inside the fresh air boot is required in low VOC regions
Service Instructions

FOR GASOLINE INDUCTION:

① Remove the intake fresh air boot and insert TN75490 S tool into the boot with the tip facing the throttle body. Re-attach the boot securing the S tool firmly in place.

② Attach the TN75490 tool to the aerosol can by pushing the push-to-lock union onto the 1/4″ OD dispenser tip.

③ Start the engine with the vehicle in Park or Neutral and adjust engine speed to 1200-2000 RPM. Spray the product in short bursts so as to not stall the engine.

④ Continue to run the engine for (2) minutes after the can is empty.

⑤ Remove tool from can by pulling back on the union’s latching collar.

WYNN’S DE-CARBON FOAM:

① Requires use of 1/4″ OD dispensing. Use throttle stick or AffinityEG ADTEH Extension Hose assembly to control engine RPM.

② For best results use Wynn’s Job Aid for recommended service procedure.
