Features of Aerosol Cone (Straight) Induction Port Delivery Tool (TN75675):
  • Installs into MAP, PCV, and other induction sensor ports for gasoline induction service.
  • Allows aerosol products to be dispensed directly into the vacuum port while holding the tool securely in place without creating vacuum leaks.

Service Instructions

FOR GASOLINE INDUCTION:

â‘  Remove the appropriate sensor and firmly insert the TN75675 aerosol cone straight delivery tool into the open induction port. Confirm the selected port has strong vacuum, is centrally located, and positioned close to the throttle body.

â‘¡ Attach the TN75490 tool to the aerosol product by pushing the push-to-connect union onto the 1/4″ OD dispensing tip.

③ Start the engine with the vehicle in Park or Neutral and maintain engine speed between 1200–2000 RPM. Dispense the product in short bursts to avoid stalling the engine. If the engine does not run properly, shut it off, disconnect the affected electrical connector, and restart the engine.

â‘£ Continue running the engine for approximately 2 minutes after the aerosol can is empty.

⑤ Remove the tool from the can by pulling back on the union’s locking collar.

WYNN’S DE-CARBON FOAM:

â‘  Requires a 1/4″ OD dispensing tip. Use a throttle stick or the Affinity® EG ADTEH Extension Hose Assembly to maintain engine RPM during service.
