Attach the tool to the aerosol can by pushing the 1/4″ push-to-connect union onto the dispensing valve tip.

After service, remove the tool by pulling back on the locking collar and sliding the union off the valve tip.

Service Instructions
FOR GASOLINE INDUCTION:
① Remove the fresh air intake boot and insert the TN75490 “S” tool into the boot with the tip directed toward the throttle body. Reinstall the boot, securing the “S” tool firmly in place.
② Attach the TN75490 tool to the aerosol can by pushing the push-to-lock union onto the 1/4″ OD dispensing tip.
③ Start the engine with the vehicle in Park or Neutral and maintain engine speed between 1200–2000 RPM. Dispense the product in short bursts to avoid stalling the engine.
④ Continue running the engine for approximately 2 minutes after the aerosol can is empty.
⑤ Remove the tool from the can by pulling back on the union’s locking collar.
WYNN’S DE-CARBON FOAM:
① Requires a 1/4″ OD dispensing tip. Use a throttle stick or the Affinity® EG ADTEH Extension Hose Assembly to maintain engine RPM during service.
② For best results, follow the Wynn’s Job Aid recommended service procedure.
