Service Instructions
FOR HVAC EVAPORATOR & HEATER CORE:
â‘ Raise the vehicle and locate the HVAC evaporator drain hose.
â‘¡ Position a waste container beneath the drain hose. Attach the ADTB03 hose assembly to the top of the ZW63701 aerosol can, then insert the 3/16″ hose barb into the evaporator drain hose.
â‘¢ Shake the ZW63701 can thoroughly. Press the trigger and dispense the foam cleaner into the drain hose until the can is empty.
â‘£ Allow the foam cleaner to expand throughout the evaporator and heater core housing. The foam will gradually collapse and drain from the hose as a liquid.
⑤ Once all cleaner has drained, lower the vehicle, start the engine, and run the A/C system for at least 3 minutes to fully evacuate the evaporator and heater core housing.
