Use with Wynn’s ZW63701 Evaporator & Heater Core Cleaner. The tool can be used with either foam or liquid aerosol products but the 3/16″ OD dispensing nozzle is sized to fit inside most A/C evaporator & heater core drain hoses.

- Designed to apply Wynn’s ZW63701 Evaporator & Heater Core Cleaner into the evaporator & heater core box.
- Insert the 3/16″ OD barb into the drain hose and apply the foam cleaner up into the evaporator & heater core box without the risk of causing any damage to the evaporator core.

Service Instructions
FOR HVAC EVAPORATOR & HEATER CORE:
① Raise the vehicle and locate the HVAC evaporator core drain hose
② Position a waste container under the evaporator core hose and attach the ADTB03 hose assembly to the top of the ZW63701 aerosol can and insert the 3/16″ hose barb into the evaporator drain hose.
③ Shake the ZW63701 can well, press the can’s trigger and apply the foam cleaner into the drain hose until the can is completely empty.
④ After the foam expands into the evaporator & heater core box it will begin to collapse and drain back down the drain tube as a liquid.
⑤ After all the liquid cleaner drains out, lower the vehicle, start the engine and run the A/C at least 3 minutes to fully evacuate the evaporator & heater core box.
