The tool is compatible with foam or liquid aerosol products featuring a 1/4″ OD dispensing nozzle. Its cone-shaped design with a 90-degree tip allows installation into induction ports where directional flow is preferred, or directly into the fresh air intake boot in front of the throttle body.

Features of Aerosol Cone (90) Single Port Delivery Tool (TN75005):
  • Installs into induction sensor ports where directional flow is preferred. Test fit the tool to ensure the tip inserts cleanly and allows the cone to seal securely in the port.
  • Allows aerosol products to be dispensed directly into the vacuum port while maintaining a secure fit without creating vacuum leaks.
  • For best cleaner distribution, use the most centrally located port closest to the throttle body.
  • Can also be positioned inside the fresh air intake boot directly in front of the throttle body for through-throttle-body induction service. Position the 90-degree tip so cleaner sprays directly into the throttle body.

Service Instructions

FOR GASOLINE INDUCTION:

â‘  Remove the most suitable sensor and firmly install the TN75005 aerosol cone 90-degree delivery tool into the induction port. Test fit the tip to ensure it inserts cleanly and seals securely. Confirm the selected port has strong vacuum, is centrally located, and positioned close to the throttle body. The tool may also be installed in the fresh air intake boot directly in front of the throttle body. Position the tip so cleaner is directed toward the throttle body. If the engine does not run properly after startup, shut the engine off, disconnect the sensor electrical connector, and restart the engine.

② Attach the TN75005 tool to the aerosol product by pushing the push-to-connect union onto the 1/4″ OD dispensing tip.

③ Start the engine with the vehicle in Park or Neutral and maintain engine speed between 1200–2000 RPM. Dispense the product in short bursts to avoid stalling the engine. If the engine continues to run poorly, shut it off and disconnect the affected sensor electrical connector before restarting.

â‘£ Continue running the engine for approximately 2 minutes after the aerosol can is empty.

⑤ Remove the tool from the aerosol can by pulling back on the union’s locking collar.

WYNN’S DE-CARBON FOAM:

① Requires a 1/4″ OD dispensing tip. Use a throttle stick or the Affinity® EG ADTEH Extension Hose Assembly to maintain engine RPM during service.

② For best results, follow the Wynn’s Job Aid recommended service procedure.
