The Brake Adapter Swivel Assembly connector can be used with any of the Affinity Engineering Group brake adapters and in conjuction with the 2″ extenstion:
- Brake Adapter Kit – 5 Adapters (Ring style plus BA01 and BA05) (BAK5R)
- Brake Adapter Kit – 8 Adapters (Probe Style) (BAK8)
- Brake Adapter Swivel Assembly (BASA) – THIS PRODUCT
- Brake Adapter 2″ Extension (can be stacked) (BA2X)

Service Instructions
FOR BRAKE SERVICE:
Remove existing connector and replace with the new BASA swivel connector. Tighten snuggly to avoid leaks.
â‘ Depressurize tool before removing fill cap.
â‘¡ Use new brake fluid with vehicle’s DOT rating. Do not intermix incompatible brake fluids.
â‘¢ Use dry air source only. Drain tool filter if required.
④ Set service pressure between 15 psi and 20 psi for normal service. Some systems may require higher. High pressures may damage brake fluid reservoir.
⑤ Install reservoir adapter and check for leaks.
â‘¥ Use manufacturer’s recommended brake bleed sequence. Fluid level label measures volume dispensed to each wheel.
⑦ Test brakes when complete…..before moving vehicle.
