Service Instructions

EVACUATION SERVICE:

① Connect lever valve to compressed air source.

② To evacuate, open the ball valve on the vacuum generator block.

③ Insert the clear service tube into fluid being evacuated.

④ Press lever valve until the tool is full or evacuation complete.

⑤ Stop evacuation when fluid level in the tool is within 2” of the top.

EMPTY TOOL:

① Connect lever valve to compressed air source.

② To empty, close the ball valve on the vacuum generator block.

③ Insert the clear service tube into an appropriate waste container.

④ Hold service tube firmly & lightly flutter actuate the lever valve until the tool is empty.  Avoid fully pressurizing the tank.

⑤ Caution:  Once tank is empty, compressed air will blow until tank is depressurized.  Quickly rotating ball valve will help.
